Effects of keto diet on the body

Dr. Shikha Sharma says, “Usually, in a day, the body needs 20 grams of fat, one gram of protein per kilogram of body weight, ie if your weight is 55 to 60 kg, then 60 grams of protein should be taken. And 50 to 60 percent of carbohydrates should be taken. But it may be more or less according to your body, your work and activity like sports person may need more of it. But when your body needs only 20 grams of fat and you increase it to 60-80 If you do percentage then it will affect your liver and gall bladder.

Here now the source of energy is not carbohydrates but fats. You will feel that you are losing weight but it becomes very difficult for your liver and gallbladder to digest the fats you are consuming because your body is digesting 20 grams of fat every day and you are going on keto diet. After that he would have to digest 100 grams of fat in a day.
